Your BNT earbuds can be used to listen to music, make calls, and so much more. For details about setting up BNT Lace series neckband earbuds, see How to set up and use the BNT Lace series earbuds.
💡 Power Tip: The earbuds and charging case do not need to be manually powered on or off. To preserve power, simply place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. It is recommended that you charge the charging case on a regular basis.
When the earbuds are connected to a TV or PC, you can use the built-in Bluetooth shortcut commands to play/pause audio or switch between tracks.
Connecting to your TWS earbuds
Place the earbuds in the charging case, keep the case open, and then press and hold the Function button for at least 2 seconds until the indicator on the charging case flashes white. This indicates that the earbuds have successfully entered Pairing mode.
Note: If you are using BNT Buds SE 2, touch and hold the touch control area on both earbuds simultaneously for at least 3 seconds.
On your phone/tablet, go to Settings > Bluetooth and tap the name of the earbuds in the discovered device list to complete the pairing process.

Device Switching Note: If you are using the BNT Buds SE 2 earbuds to make a call, play audio, watch a video, or use any other service on a different device, pause the current audio/service or disconnect from the host device's Bluetooth first before transitioning.
Smart Wear Detection
If your specific BNT models support Smart Wear Detection, your phone/tablet is able to detect the wearing status of the earbuds to automatically pause audio playback when removed, or automatically switch between audio channels during live phone calls. Gesture Shortcuts
To enable or customize your gesture shortcuts, open the BNT Audio Connect App, access your earbuds' settings card, and tap Gestures.
Refer to the tables below for default shortcut behavior. You can customize additional control shortcuts—such as skipping to the next track, returning to the previous track, or waking up your preferred voice assistant—separately for the left and right earbuds.

⚠️ Important Call Information: You can use your BNT earbuds to answer, reject, or end standard cellular phone calls. However, your earbuds may not support native inline gesture control for answering or ending certain third-party VoIP Internet calling applications (such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, or Skype) depending on individual app permission behaviors.
Charging TWS earbuds
The charging case can be recharged with a standard charger, power bank, or computer using a USB Type-C cable. To ensure charging efficiency and safety, always use a BNT standard charger and charging cable certified for your model's exact power profile requirements.
Place the earbuds securely into their respective slots within the charging case and close the case lid to automatically initiate earbud charging.
